On Aug. 28th local time, SDHS signed the Commercial Contract for Požarevac-Golupac Expressway with Serbian government in the presence of Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic and Chinese Ambassdor to Serbia Chen Bo, following execution of the Highway E763 and Valjevo- Lajkovac expressway.
The 68-km expressway with 4-lane dual carriageway stretching alongside the Danube, also called Danube Corridor, is an important branch of the European Highway E75. With the improvement of road network in eastern Serbia upon completion of this project, travelling convenience and business opportunities shall be brought to local residents and government.
