On 25 November, Shandong Hi-Speed Nile Investment & Development Co., Ltd, subsidiary of SDHS, signed commercial contract for construction of an office building project with the Central Bank of South Sudan. With a contract value of $94.33 million and a construction period of 24 months, this project covers an area of 46,000 square meters and a total floor space of 19,500 square meters. Upon completion, it shall be a landmark building in South Sudan.
This office building project is the third infrastructure project undertaken by SDHS following the Juba-Rumbek Road and the DPOC office building in South Sudan market. On the occasion of the 10th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and South Sudan, we believe the successful execution of the project shall play a positive role in strengthening the bilateral economic and trade cooperation as well as traditional friendship.
