On May 19th, China Shandong Hi-Speed Financial Group Limited, a subsidiary of SDHS registered in Hong Kong, announced the completion of Beijing Enterprises Clean Energy Group Limited ("BECE"), a company listed on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
Over the last few years, BECE steadily develops photovoltaic power businesses, wind power businesses and clean heat supply businesses and proactively explores various areas such as hydropower, energy storage, distribution and sales of electricity and hydrogen production, with its annual revenue reaches 6.023 billion Hong Kong Dollar in 2021.
