Recently, China Construction Industry Association announced the list of 2022 China Construction Project Luban Prize (Overseas Project), and the Chinese Cultural Center Project in Belgrade won the Luban Prize for SDHS for the first time, the highest honor in China's construction industry.
The project covers a total construction area of 32,000 square meters, with the first and second floors used as Chinese Culture Center, and the rest six floors operated by SDHS. The foundation stone of the Chinese Cultural Center in Belgrade was laid by President Xi Jinping and the then Serbian President Nikolic back to 2016. The magnificent building becomes a city landmark and an important platform for Sino-Serbian culture exchanges and cooperation upon its completion and put it into trial operation in September 2020.
