On February 7th, the opening ceremony of Offshore Innovation Incubation Base in Japan (hereinafter referred to as "Incubation Base") of Shandong International Science and Technology Cooperation Innovation and Entrepreneurship Community (hereinafter referred to as the "SITIC") was held in Tokyo, Japan. Han Wei, Deputy Mayor of Jinan and Ju Dongying, Chairman of Japan-China Science and Technology and Culture Exchange Center, jointly unveiled the incubation base. Zuo Zhiwu, Executive Director of SDHS and Chairman of SITIC, participated in the event online.
The Incubation Base is jointly established by SDHS, Shandong Jianbang Technology Group, Yantai Institute of Industrial Technology and other members. It is committed to docking with Japan's latest scientific and technological elements, undertaking Japanese innovation resources, building an overseas innovation incubation platform, establishing a normal and long-term international scientific and technological exchange and cooperation mechanism, and forming a new model for the transfer and transformation of Japanese scientific and technological achievements through accurate and efficient docking.
