Lately, a working group from Western Cape Province of South Africa, composed of officials from government departments of sports, art and culture, agriculture, finance, and general administration, pays a visit to Shandong Province. Representatives of China Shandong International Economic and Technical Cooperation Corporation (Hereinafter referred to as CSI) attended the Shandong-Western Cape Bilateral Work Meeting.
During the meeting, the working group presented the basic status of Western Cape Province, and proposed to step up practical cooperation in varied areas between Western Cape government and Shandong enterprises. CSI representatives started by introducing the company business and advantages, and further conferred with the working group on infrastructure and new energies development. Both parties agree to set up a communicating mechanism and discuss about specific projects that meet both parties’ expectations in the near future.
