Recently, Serbian President Aleksandar Vucic inspected the Serbian Danube Corridor Expressway Project undertaken by SDHS. Chinese Ambassador to Serbia Ms. Chen Bo attended the event.
President Vucic debriefed the work report on the project execution and inspected the K8 bridge construction site. President Vucic expressed satisfaction with the progress of the project and expected that certain sections of the road shall be opened to traffic within this year and the entire road completed in 2026. Later in an interview with the media, President Vucic compared the Danube Corridor Expressway project to the "road to the future", emphasizing that the Serbian government attached great importance to the project and believing that SDHS shall do a good job during the project execution.
