To deepen practical cooperation with Central and Eastern European countries (CEEC) and empower local enterprises to expand overseas via the "going global" strategy, the Central and Eastern Europe Special Session of International Cooperation and Matching Conference for Industrial & Supply Chains of Shandong Province was held in Jinan recently, organized by the Shandong International Investment and Development Alliance.
Over 200 representatives from member units across Shandong's 16 cities attended the event to explore win-win international cooperation opportunities.
As natural partners in the Belt and Road Initiative and representing a core direction for Shandong's high-level opening-up, CEEC have strong industrial complementarities with Shandong in infrastructure, equipment manufacturing, modern agriculture, digital economy and green energy.
The conference invited the Serbian Chamber of Commerce, renowned Central and Eastern European enterprises and Shandong's leading firms to share investment environments, opportunities and key project promotions of CEEC, with policy briefings and experience exchanges building a professional platform to bridge communication gaps and drive deep synergy between Shandong's overseas investment chains and local industrial, supply, service and financial chains.
As the alliance's chairman unit, Shandong Hi-speed Group (SDHS) will leverage its Central and Eastern European project resources and operational experience, base itself on Shandong's advantageous industrial clusters, and achieve complementary development with alliance members.
It will also join hands with various partners to explore broader overseas markets, contributing solid SDHS strength to deepening Shandong-CEEC industrial and supply chain integration and building a new mutually beneficial win-win cooperation pattern.
