In order to strengthen cross-border logistics and international services, Shandong Hi-Speed Group has operated the China-Europe freight train (Shandong) since 2018, implementing an integrated "Five Unifications" model — unified brand, schedule, platform, support, and publicity.
It has become the most frequent and best-performing China–Europe freight train operator among eastern coastal provinces, forming a critical channel supporting Shandong's foreign trade stability.
The group has established a "2+4+N" dual-circulation logistics network, including two national consolidation centers in Jinan and Qingdao, four overseas hubs in Almaty, Serbia, Russia and Laos, and multiple supporting nodes.
It now operates 57 routes connecting 28 BRI countries and 60 cities, creating a corridor linking Japan-South Korea to the east, Eurasia to the west, Mongolia-Russia to the north and ASEAN to the south.
